If it's a value study the torso is quite light :p i don't know if this is because of your reference. Keep studying anatomy it will help you alot!

Looking really nice man, I'd like to see you keep developing one of your paintings into a more finished product, but yeah, I love the character of your work :)

A Belgian! Do you study art atm? If so where?
I like how you're posting sketches and stuff from imagination but I feel that knowledge isn't quite there yet, and I don't know if they are supported by studies?
like this http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/787012sp60.jpg has a really weird looking neck, without any real form showing, and the body is leaning back but things like the navel show it's somehow twisting so things are contradicting each other.

Keep on working hard :)

I like your designs. They are very unorthodox and its nice to see that risk in your art. Keep it up man and keep pushing it further

nice paintings :D but like the others I'd like to see something finished and I think getting more paintings to a more finished look will help you a lot :)
also I wonder what your lineworks would look like, so if you happen to be drawing some lineworks post them here :D
Anyways, you have a very cool and unique style, but I think some studies or as I said some finished paintings would help you a lot c:

Yveo -> Thanks man. I definitely need to push my paintings, I know it and I kinda suck at it too... gotta get uncomfortable
And yea I do way more traditional work than digital actually. Point is I dont have a scanner or a camera, all I have is my shitty webcam so here is a few sketches from my sketchbooks in super awesome HD

Great characters, interesting ideas, and I agree with everyone else, I would like to see one of these in a more finished look.

Cheers guys :)

sgtmikey101-> Well I havent been studying a lot lately, but at the moment Im focusing on the anatomy, mostly.

Here is a new painting I started, must be an hour in at this point, playing around a lot with colors ^^ I might push this one further if I dont get bored when I look at it when I open the file again

Actually, I should stop being lazy and push this painting, paint the hands etc... Basically get uncomfortable! AArrg If I dont do it slap me in the face, right ?!
