Hey there, the name is Adlan Adnan aka Lan. Been drawing and making comics since I was a kid but only started digital drawing after secondary school. Been on and off for 8 years since then, because of family opposition lol you know the drill; "How are you gonna make money being an artist??!!", "Not many artist gets to make it big ya know?!" and no matter how much I explain the many things you could do even just with drawing, it's never reason enough. So now, I'm turning a deaf ear and just go with my guts.

Not many recent works though because I've lost all of my work cause of my hard drive buuuuttt here's some oldies for the past 8 to 9 years and DAT PROGRESS DOE!

Been trying the Loomis method but I can't get used to it. Am I even doing it right?? I dunno. Sometimes it works. Other times it's utter bullcrap.
Like, I'd be kinda good at it for a time, then the next day it's like I learned NOTHING and it doesn't seem to work anymore. It's frustrating.

I feel like the problem with your loomis's is that your ellipses aren't really where you want them to be. Try just practicing drawing ellipses in 3d space/perspective and then just do basic head constructions with no facial features. I literally have just pages of this in my sketchbook:
