Hey guys!

So due to an unfortunate error my old sketchbook got accidentally deleted during a spam purge (hence the new sketchbook) when things like this happen not a lot can be done about it so I don't see the point in dwelling on it, I'd much rather start this sketchbook on a positive note

In fact, I have some good news, I recently sent out my portfolio to a few illustration agencies and I've been accepted on a 6 month trial basis by Advocate Art - exciting stuff! And kind of fitting for starting a new sketchbook if you ask me

Anyway, I didn't want to start with just text so here's a sheep-girl I sketched earlier today, turns out horns are a lot more difficult than I thought

Thank you c : I'm hoping everything goes well, having an agency is no guarantee of work but it's definitely a start and I'm really looking forward to my first project

I tend not to draw too many animal/human hybrids but I've seen a few of my favourite artists do it to great effect so I thought I'd give it a shot XD it was fun too so maybe I'll play around with it some more c :

Haha, I was aiming more to make the guy look tiny but I suppose I didn't show it very well XD I thought about adding some flowers for scale but I was being lazy since it's only a sketch :p

It's a shame about what happened to your other sketchbook D: But as you say, it's kind of a blessing in disguise because it gives you that excuse to start over with fresh ideas and motivations. Although I wouldn't be too pleased if it happened to me lmao

It is a shame, I was just getting to a respectable page count too but it's not like my work is lost or anything, it's still in my physical sketchbooks and some of it is on my tumblr for people to view, so nothing is really lost
